I specialize in helping businesses and individuals navigate pivotal moments of change, evolution, and growth. As a strategic problem solver, I excel at identifying challenges and creating actionable solutions to drive success.

Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats, always driven by a passion for guiding individuals toward their personal and professional success. As a certified Kolbe™ consultant, I love working with people to uncover their ideal way of working and helping leaders achieve optimal team performance.

A key strength of mine is truly understanding my clients’ needs and aligning them with their strategic and organizational goals to create impactful results. My decade-plus experience at KPMG allowed me to advise C-suite leaders, lead large-scale transformation engagements, and work with a diverse range of clients—from start-ups to Global 100 companies across various industries.

Additionally, I’ve also had the pleasure of sharing my insights as a featured speaker and panelist on topics like career advancement, diversity of thought, business transformation, and personal growth. Beyond my professional life, I’ve held leadership roles on non-profit boards and within influential coaching networks, including the KPMG Network of Women (KNOW).

I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse range of internal and external clients, guiding them through their change journeys. At the heart of my people-centric approaches lies a robust emphasis on elevating employee experience, fostering a culture of shared accountability, and embracing periods of significant change and transition with open arms.

I’m humbled to have received multiple awards and being recognized by clients for impressive performance, industry influence, and a prominent level of professional credibility.

As a thought leader, I’ve been invited as an expert speaker and presenter at multiple high-profile events in OCM, HR and HCM to share my knowledge with many audiences. I deliver webinars, roundtables, and client practice sessions as an educator and facilitator to communicate complex ideas, trends and advancements.
